customers with online Digital Products, Software, Downloads
and Master Resell Rights that assist them to market online
as well as advertising via a third party which Bridge2Silver pays for.
Bridge2Silver also provides a web site, hosting for one year
and a Subscribers Exclusive Area to manage their business 24/7.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics,
logos, button icons, images and software, is the property of
Bridge2Silver.com or its suppliers (collectively herein called
the "Content") and is protected by U.S. and international
copyright laws. The compilation (meaning the collection,
arrangement and assembly) of all content on this site is the
exclusive property of Bridge2Silver.com and is protected by
U.S. and international copyright laws. Any use, other than for
the purposes specified above, including the reproduction,
modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display
or performance, of the content on this site is strictly prohibited.
Users do not receive any copyright rights to the Content.

products, shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions. You
understand and agree that the Service and products are provided
"AS-IS" and that Bridge2Silver assumes no responsibility for
the timeliness, delivery, deletion or failure to store any user
communications, personal data or settings.

You are the sole individual permitted to access and use the Company
products and services Pursuant to this Subscriber Agreement.

Materials and features may be added to or withdrawn from the Company
Service Package without notice.

You understand and agree that the service may include certain
communications from Bridge2Silver such as administrative
messages, service announcements, and that these communications are
considered part of The Bridge2Silver Subscription and you will not
be able to opt out of receiving them unless you cancel your
subscription in writing. Any Credits due will be deleted
on the cancellation date or the expiration date of one year of subscribing.

Bridge2Silver takes a zero tolerance approach to the sending of
Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) or SPAM via the Service.
Specifically, this means that users of the Service may not (a) use
or permit others to use the Service to transact in UCE; (b) send,
host or permit sending of, or hosting of sites or information that

All Advertising MUST be Approved by Bridge2Silver unless found in the backoffice which is company approved. Failure to comply will result in loss of Subscription and any rewards.

By subscribing to Bridge2Silver, you agree to abide by the rules of
the Terms and Conditions. All sales are FINAL. There
will be No Refunds due to digital downloads! Bridge2Silver is not liable for any loss of
income since Subscribers do not receive any compensation. All Subscribers
take it upon themselves to abide by the laws of their governing
body in regards to income.

This site is created and controlled by Bridge2Silver in the
state of Florida, USA. As such, the laws of the State of Florida, USA will govern these terms and conditions, without giving effect to any principles or conflicts of laws. We
reserve the right to make changes to our site and these terms and
conditions at any time. You should periodically come back to this
site to review whether these terms and conditions have
changed.

This site may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are
owned and operated by third-party vendors and other third parties
(the "External Sites"). You acknowledge that Bridge2Silver is
not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on

Subscribers understand that any duties or taxes are the sole responsibility of the Subscribers and Bridge2Silver is NOT liable for any other costs.

Subscribers agree that any Coin Reward or Rewards that are shipped, that Bridge2Silver is not required to re-send if the Subscriber does not receive them. We are not responsible for Postal delays or theft.

Once the Subscription is registered as paid, there will be no Returns or Cancellations.
Due to E-transactions, there is a No Return/Cancellation Policy.

This is Tentative: Yearly renewals will be on the one-year anniversary of the Subscribers purchase beginning April, 2010. A $150.00 renewal fee will be charged. You will receive ALL benefits as though you first joined. Any subscribers that renew, that you referred, will count as when you joined for the first time. You will then receive all rewards all over again, provided the majority of your subscribers renew. If the Subscriber does not renew within 14 days of the one year anniversary, the Subscriber account will be closed and any Credits due will be deleted. <--This is Tentative.

Bridge2Silver will at all times attempt to maintain Proper protocol but we are not responsible in any case should someone you refer end up subscribing with someone else.

Subscriber understands and agrees that entry into the vendor SuccessQuik is paid by Bridge2Silver and any compensation is paid By SuccessQuik. Bridge2Silver is not responsible for any part of SuccessQuik's business and You should contact the site administrator or webmaster if you have any concerns regarding such links, products or the content.

Subscriber understands and agrees that entry into the vendor SOKULE is paid by Bridge2Silver and any compensation is paid By SOKULE. Bridge2Silver is not responsible for any part of SOKULE's business and You should contact the site administrator or webmaster if you have any concerns regarding such links, products or the content.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

A Covered Party (as defined below) shall not be liable for any loss,
injury, claim, liability or damage of any kind resulting in any way
from: (a) any errors in or omissions from the Company Services or
any Materials available or not included therein; (b) the
unavailability or interruption of the Company Services or any
features thereof or any Materials; (c) your use of the Subscription
Services or Materials (regardless of whether you received any
assistance from a Covered Party in using the Products); (d) the
content of Materials; or (e) any delay or failure in performance
beyond the reasonable control of a Covered Party.

Covered Party" means: (a) Bridge2Silver, its affiliates, and
any officer, director, employee, subcontractor, agent, successor or
assign thereof; and (b) each third party vendor, service provider
and supplier of Materials, their affiliates, and any officer,
director, employee, subcontractor, agent, successor or assign
thereof.

THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE COVERED PARTIES IN CONNECTION WITH ANY OTHER CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE ONLINE SERVICES OR MATERIALS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BRIDGE2SILVER FOR YOUR USE OF THE ONLINE SERVICES. YOUR RIGHT TO MONETARY DAMAGES IN THAT AMOUNT SHALL BE IN LIEU OF
ALL OTHER REMEDIES, WHICH YOU MAY HAVE AGAINST ANY COVERED PARTY.

THE COVERED PARTIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER
(INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEYS' FEES) IN ANY WAY DUE TO, RESULTING FROM, OR ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THE ONLINE SERVICES, MATERIALS, OR THE FAILURE OF ANY COVERED PARTY TO PERFORM ITS OBLIGATIONS, REGARDLESS OF ANY NEGLIGENCE OF ANY COVERED PARTY.
